The hotel's stunning location is just a short walk to the center and a beautiful beach, Playa de Aguilar. I thoroughly enjoyed the historic-style building and well-appointed room with large windows.

Gorgeous hotel, the breakfast is GORGEOUS, lovely location to eat at the local restaurants. A relaxing bar on site.

The staff are very friendly and helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom very well fitted, with a big bath and shower and very soft towels. We enjoyed a little sitting parlor attached to our bedroom. The outside grounds are very well maintained with lovely flowers and places to sit quietly. This was our second visit; previously we had stayed in one of their self-catering apartments, but the hotel is much more luxurious. Free internet and computer use was helpful, too. The lounges are beautiful and everything contributes to the sense of quiet relaxation which Casona de La Paca offers.

The plumbing was a little noisy and we could hear other people using their bathrooms above us.

The house had an interesting history and was near a pretty seaside village. The bedroom and common rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. The 2 ladies running the hotel were charming and always willing to help. Excellent breakfast.

Stay here was great as always, the hotel is clean, exquisite, and set in lovely gardens filled with beautiful hydrangeas.

Receptionist very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable, also public rooms (those used) were comfortable and well furnished. Would probably stay here again although there isn't much in the village so one needs a car.

We wanted to stay for breakfast but the breakfast start time was late so we were unable to eat there. Breakfast starting at about 0830 would have suited us better as we had a long drive ahead of us. It's a pity they didn't offer a restaurant service.

This charming inn was a delight and my hostesses were very warm and friendly. It was near a small fishing village with great seafood and on the camino north coast. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast in a lovely dining room featuring all homemade local and traditional foods- unparelled breakfast experience in my experience in Spain! This place has a great location with beautiful gardens full of hydrangeas, a cozy lounge downstairs, friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, and lovely garden views.

The hotel was charming old, liked garden view from our guest room. The room was very nice large, perfect bed. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were really helpful. The setting of property was magnificent and stunning, on a romantic getaway. Restaurant Restaurante el Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

One of the best hotels that I've ever visited in Spain. Very cosy atmosphere, friendliest staff, extremely beautiful building and wonderful garden around it.

The breakfast here is amazing! They've got everything from delicious cheeses to scrumptious cakes and even some fresh home-baked bread. 🥐 It's got all the goodies you can think of!

It was a welcoming hotel, where people will put themselves out to help you. The whole place is very attractive. The breakfast, which is the onloy meal offered, is a maze of things offered. A place we would certainly recommend.

The Casona de La Placa is ideally placed for a visit to the harbour village of Cudillero. The staff here are really friendly and you are given a warm welcome and a brief tour around the hotel and its facilities.The young lady who welcomed us spoke very good english. The rooms are spotless and the gardens maintained to a high standard. The Hotel has its own off road carpark and is set in a quiet location. Cudillero village is a great place to eat and drink with many fish restaurants and a smart little wine bar.

The air-con is set to a minimum of 23c, I would have liked it lower.
